The alternating method, as it suggests, alternates point by point: They get to talk and act silly, and the suspense of waiting to see which card will be picked is really intense!
At the same time, you can form your won explanations for each of these proverbs. Give them about 15 minutes to work on their answers. Which part is the dependent clause, and which part is the independent clause of each one?
